FAQ ## Questions owners ask us **Q: How much does AI consulting cost for a small business?** There are three options. A Starter Consultation is $500 (€500) one-time, for advice only. The Growth plan is $999 (€999) a month for up to 10 outcomes per quarter. The Scale plan is $1,999 (€1,999) a month for 11 to 25 outcomes per quarter. Both plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Both plans include review of everything we've implemented. We never bill by the hour. **Q: How long does it take to see results?** Most outcomes are live within a few weeks of being agreed. Each one has a success measure we set together up front, so you can see exactly what it delivered. **Q: What happens to outcomes we don't use?** Outcomes refresh at the start of every quarter. If you use fewer than your plan allows, the unused ones don't carry over. If you regularly need more than 10, the Scale plan covers up to 25 a quarter. **Q: Which AI tools do you work with?** We are tool-neutral and pick what fits your business and budget: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for everyday work, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make and n8n to connect your email, CRM, accounting and website. **Q: What do you mean by "no AI slop"?** We don't sell generic AI content or chatbots for the sake of it.
